How PEP Works
  • You report damage to a MicroScan product.
  • We immediately ship you a replacement.
  • You typically receive the replacement in two business days, with overnight delivery an option if necessary.
  • With the replacement, you receive a prepaid UPS return label to send us your damaged product.
What You Get

The MicroScan replacement product you receive will be either:

  • Grade-A refurbished product, functionally and cosmetically equivalent to a new product
  • Brand-new product (if our refurbished product stock is depleted at the time of the request)

  • Pack your damaged product(s) in the same box you received.
  • Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the shipping box.
  • Take it to your nearest UPS drop-off location.
